1. What shieldbate is (and is not)

shieldbate does not host user-uploaded videos or operate an archive of creator recordings. We provide software and agency services so verified Chaturbate creators can authorize us to collect publicly listed archive URLs for their username and submit DMCA notices to enabled third-party hosts. See our Agency Agreement and Terms.

2. Creators: filing against third-party archives

If you believe your Chaturbate-related performances or recordings appear without authorization on an enabled archive host:

• Create a shieldbate account and verify the matching username
• Provide accurate notice contact details
• Accept the Agency Agreement and complete any required tip payment
• Scan & file takedowns from your Protection dashboard

We file only for your verified username on enabled hosts. We do not accept free-form “report this URL” requests for other creators’ content through this page.

3. Claims about content on the shieldbate website

If you believe text, branding, or other material on the shieldbate site itself infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@shieldbate.com including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or location of the material on shieldbate you claim is infringing
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act

Because shieldbate does not host creator archive videos, notices about third-party archive pages should use the creator product flow above—not this section.

4. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit abusive, false, or unauthorized filing instructions.

5. Counter-notices (third-party hosts)

Counter-notices are handled by the host that received the takedown. If we learn a host disputed or restored material related to a filing we submitted for you, we may surface that status in your dashboard and limit refiling of disputed URLs. Responding to a host counter-notice is your responsibility.
